Published transit, departure, and arrival times are estimated and provided without any guarantee from Caribbean Cargo DC (CCDC) or any of its representatives. CCDC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage sustained by the Customer through delay or as a result of the Carrier not meeting the transit time as listed in the schedule.
All cargo must be dropped off at CCDC warehouse or picked up from the Customer by the deadline date and warehouse hours in order to make the corresponding shipping schedule.
Shipping schedule effective immediately and subject to change. The customer will be advised of any changes when shipment is scheduled. The estimated time of arrival is subject to change, without notice, by the Carrier due to any acts of nature.
