While we will do our best to accommodate your requested Pickup or Drop-Off date and time, a Caribbean Cargo DC (CCDC) team member must first verify availability before your request can be confirmed. SUBMISSION ALONE OF THIS FORM DOES NOT MEAN YOUR REQUEST IS CONFIRMED. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for confirmation. If your request is urgent, please contact us directly at 301.887.1070. Customers agree to be flexible with timeslots for scheduling request & expect delays when shipping during peak seasons.

$50 Amendment Fee applied to changes after invoice is signed and approved. Please confirm all details.

Virtual estimates are FREE and In-Person estimates require payment of a $195 fee payable in advance. NOTE: There is a $10+ charge for Apt/Basement scheduling requests. Fee increases based on level of difficulty.

$25 Holding Fee applies per delivery of cargo being held at warehouse before shipping plus a $15 fee for each additional delivery for same shipment.

Full advance payment is required for 30+ miles drop-offs and pre-payment of pick-up fees and/or full advance payment is required for pick-ups 50+ miles. The scheduled dates for pick-ups and drop-offs 50 miles and over are subject to change. Your CCDC Agent will contact you to find a mutually agreed upon date in the event that your pick-up or drop-off needs to be rescheduled.
