Complimentary storage is limited to qualifying cargo of up to 500 cubic feet and carries a maximum promotional storage credit of $250.
Storage volume exceeding 500 cubic feet will be quoted individually. After the complimentary month, storage for up to 500 cubic feet is $250 per month.
Promotional offers may not be combined and may be used only once every 30 days. All storage arrangements remain subject to advance approval, warehouse availability, cargo eligibility, packaging requirements, and applicable Caribbean Cargo DC terms.

Yes. Contact Caribbean Cargo DC before arranging a vendor delivery or cargo drop-off. Warehouse space, cargo eligibility, packaging, and receiving instructions must be confirmed first.
Can a furniture or appliance vendor deliver to the warehouse?
Participating vendors may be able to send approved purchases directly to the Lanham warehouse. Contact Caribbean Cargo DC before giving the warehouse address to a vendor.
Can I combine items from multiple vendors?
Approved cargo from multiple vendors may be received, stored, and consolidated while you complete your shipment.
Does every customer receive one complimentary month?
No. Complimentary storage is available only to qualifying promotional customers who receive approval in advance, sign the applicable shipping contract, and pay the required deposit or full payment.
The promotion covers one month of storage for up to 500 cubic feet, with a maximum promotional storage credit of $250.
What if my cargo exceeds 500 cubic feet?
The complimentary storage promotion applies only to the first 500 cubic feet of qualifying cargo, with a maximum promotional storage credit of $250.
Storage for any volume exceeding 500 cubic feet will be reviewed and quoted individually based on the applicable storage arrangement.
What happens after the grace period or promotional month?
After the complimentary promotional month, storage for up to 500 cubic feet is $250 per month.
Storage volume exceeding 500 cubic feet will be quoted individually. Other applicable storage charges may continue until the cargo is scheduled for shipment.
Are shipment and arrival dates guaranteed?
No. Shipment and arrival dates are estimates. Weather, cargo volume, port delays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside Caribbean Cargo DC’s control may affect final arrival.
