Keep Your Shipment Moving – Pay Before You Add More Items!

At Caribbean Cargo DC, we are committed to providing smooth, efficient, and transparent logistics services. To ensure seamless transactions, we ask all customers to review and follow our payment policy when adding items to an existing shipment.

🚨 Key Payment Terms

✅ Immediate Payment Required: Additional items must be paid in full before processing.

✅ Updated Invoice: A new invoice will reflect added items—payment is due immediately.

✅ Cargo Release Policy: Shipments will NOT be released until all outstanding balances are settled.

✅ Late Fees Apply: If payment is not received within five (5) days, a 10% surcharge will be added to the total balance.

✅ Customer Confirmation Required: Written or email confirmation must be provided before processing additional items.
