🚨 Key Payment Terms
✅ Immediate Payment Required: Additional items must be paid in full before processing.
✅ Updated Invoice: A new invoice will reflect added items—payment is due immediately.
✅ Cargo Release Policy: Shipments will NOT be released until all outstanding balances are settled.
✅ Late Fees Apply: If payment is not received within five (5) days, a 10% surcharge will be added to the total balance.
✅ Customer Confirmation Required: Written or email confirmation must be provided before processing additional items.
