Important Update:
Shipment Delay for Consolidated Container to Guyana
November 18, 2024
Dear Valued Customers,
We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen and repeated changes by our shipping partner, Seaboard, one of our consolidated 40 ft containers destined for Guyana is experiencing a significant delay. The affected container is Booking# 8237552A. The original booking showed an ETA of October 18, 2024, but the new ETA given is now November 28, 2024.
Caribbean Cargo DC regretfully acknowledges that this is not the first delay for the Guyana container via Seaboard. Unfortunately, Seaboard Marine has refused to send us a notice on their letterhead to relay proof to customers, despite our requests on several occasions.
We understand the frustration and inconvenience this delay may cause, especially with the holiday season approaching. Caribbean Cargo DC deeply apologizes for this situation and is committed to addressing the concerns of our affected customers.
We are actively reaching out to each customer individually to discuss how we can make this right for you. Our goal is to ensure that despite this setback, we meet your expectations and provide the best possible service.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time. For any immediate concerns, please contact our customer service team. Thank you for your continued trust in Caribbean Cargo DC.
Sincerely,
The Caribbean Cargo DC Team
