Payment Terms for Cargo Shipments

To streamline processing and avoid disruptions, customers must comply with the following payment terms:

✔ Full Payment Due at the Time of Service – Payment is required when cargo services are rendered.

✔ Five-Day Grace Period – Customers have up to five (5) days from the service date to pay in full.

✔ Late Payment Surcharge – If payment is not received within the five-day grace period, CCDC reserves the right to apply a 10% surcharge to the outstanding balance.

 

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in delays in cargo processing or further administrative actions.

This policy has been in effect and remains applicable to all shipments. Customers are responsible for ensuring prompt payment to prevent late fees and processing delays. CCDC will continue to enforce the five-day grace period, after which a 10% surcharge will be applied to unpaid balances.
