Peak Season Prepayment Policy

Dear Valued Customers,

To control costs and improve efficiency during the peak season, Caribbean Cargo DC (CCDC) will be implementing a new policy for long-distance pickup and drop-off services in outlying areas of Virginia, Baltimore, MD and beyond. This policy is in effect during our peak season from September 1st through December 31st, 2024.

 

Key Points of the New Policy

 

ALL DROP-OFF REQUESTS 30+ MILES MUST NOW PREPAY IN FULL:

■ No checks accepted for drop-off payments.

■ Customers under 30 miles can prepay in full or pay by cash/credit card at time of drop-off.

■ Drivers DO NOT leave barrels/ boxes/ etc. without full payment.

 

 

ALL PICKUP REQUESTS 30+ MILES MUST NOW PREPAY PICKUP FEE:

■ Checks/credit card/ cash is acceptable pickup payments.

■ Customers under 30 miles can prepay in full or pay balance due by cash/credit card/check.
