URGENT NOTICE: Customers To Expect Significant Delays Due To COVID-19
Caribbean Cargo DC (CCDC) provides this pressing update to guide all of our valued customers as we expect delays in cargo delivery due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As an essential business, CCDC continues to provide the shipping services and on-time delivery that we have been known to provide.
While our 2020 Shipping Schedule has already been developed, CCDC now anticipates significant delays for upcoming cargo shipments due to logistical challenges with trucking, shipments and port restrictions.
We put the safety of our customers and staff above all else and hope that each of you remain safe and vigilant as we weather these unprecedented times.
Effective May 1, 2020, we will continue our operations with the new limited office hours of 10AM to 3PM on Mondays through -Saturdays and 10AM to 2PM on Sundays until further notice. These limited warehouse hours will be paired with our already established remote-office capabilities.
Our constant message to the Mid-Atlantic community encourages everyone to remain cautious and as healthy as possible. We also understand that some of your family members overseas rely heavily on assistance. It is for this reason we encourage you to take advantage of our reliable pick-up and drop-off services.
