Service Update for Shipments to Grenada and St. Vincent
Dear Valued Customers,
Caribbean Cargo DC would like to provide an update regarding recent shipment delays affecting cargo destined for Grenada and St. Vincent.
Due to unforeseen congestion and scheduling disruptions at the regional transshipment port, a small number of shipments experienced longer-than-anticipated transit times. Despite our team’s ongoing coordination and daily follow-ups with our logistics partners, final departure confirmations for the affected containers were not secured until December 18, 2025, with estimated arrivals of December 19 for Grenada and December 21 for St. Vincent.
We understand the inconvenience this caused, particularly for customers traveling home during the holiday season. While these delays were beyond our direct control, we recognize the importance of timely communication and are actively reviewing our notification processes to improve future customer updates.
Caribbean Cargo DC remains committed to transparency, accountability, and delivering dependable service across all destinations we serve. We sincerely appreciate your patience and continued trust.
Customers with questions regarding their specific shipment are encouraged to contact our office directly, where our team will be happy to assist.
Thank you for choosing Caribbean Cargo DC.
