Caribbean Cargo DC offers temporary cargo storage and consolidation solutions at our Lanham, Maryland warehouse to help individuals, families, and businesses keep approved cargo organized while preparing for shipment.
Whether you are relocating, selling your home, renovating a property, purchasing large items for the islands, or coordinating a business shipment, our storage capabilities allow you to store approved cargo in one convenient location until you’re ready to ship.

Current Storage Promotion
A 15% promotional discount may be available on qualifying shipments, subject to advance approval and applicable Caribbean Cargo DC terms. The promotion covers one month of storage for up to 500 cubic feet, with a maximum promotional storage credit of $250. Complimentary storage begins only after the customer has:
- Signed the applicable shipping contract
- Paid the required deposit or full payment
- Received advance approval from Caribbean Cargo DC
The complimentary storage credit does not cover cargo volume above 500 cubic feet.
This allows Caribbean Cargo DC to evaluate the amount of space, cargo type, handling needs, and applicable storage arrangement before providing the customer with a quote.
After the complimentary month, storage for up to 500 cubic feet is $250 per month. Storage exceeding 500 cubic feet, special handling, extended storage, or other storage requirements may result in additional charges and will be addressed through the applicable quote or storage arrangement. How the Storage Process Works
- Contact Caribbean Cargo DC: Tell our team about your cargo, estimated volume, anticipated delivery date, and storage needs.
- Receive Warehouse Instructions: Our team will confirm warehouse availability, cargo eligibility, packaging requirements, and the appropriate receiving or drop-off instructions.
- Sign and Pay: Customers seeking complimentary promotional storage must sign the applicable shipping contract and pay the required deposit or full payment before the complimentary storage period begins.
- Store and Consolidate: Approved cargo can be received and organized while the remainder of the shipment is completed.
- Schedule Your Shipment: Once the cargo is ready, contact our team to schedule the next stage of the Caribbean shipping process.

Important Storage and Promotion Terms
All cargo and storage arrangements are subject to prior approval, warehouse availability, cargo eligibility, packaging requirements, and applicable Caribbean Cargo DC terms.

Storage volume exceeding 500 cubic feet will be quoted individually. After the complimentary month, storage for up to 500 cubic feet is $250 per month. Additional volume, special handling, extended storage, and other storage requirements may result in additional charges.
Promotional offers may not be combined and may be used only once every 30 days. Offer valid through December 31, 2026.
Shipment and arrival dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, cargo volume, port delays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside Caribbean Cargo DC’s control.
