Realistic Timelines, On-Time Delivery

• We estimate 3–4 weeks for delivery from the Mid-Atlantic to the Caribbean. That includes a buffer for vendor delays so your shipment arrives on time, even when the unexpected happens. This does not include port delays at destination once your shipment arrives as these are outside of our control.

Grace with Accountability

• In some cases, we allow shipments to move before full payment is received. This is a courtesy, not a guarantee. Final delivery requires full payment and we’ll always communicate that clearly.
